  Carlsens vegetable salads are
customerspecified and supplied in
buckets of 20 kg and 5 kg with a
shelf life of 2 months.
Carrot salad
Carrotsalad is manufactured from fresh carrots from Lammefjorden, pared, and every carrot is controlled and pared again by hand to ensure an optimal product. The carrots are shredded and put in a brine, that gives it a shelf life of 2 months at the customer.

Carrotsalad is mainly used by professional bakers for carrotbread.

It is supplied in 5,5 kg buckets.
Product information All products are without artificial flavour and colour.
We do not use GMO (gene modified) products.
All packings are fitted with protective closure (a small tab
has to be broken off before they can be opened).
